I might get a ton of hate for this. But please don’t get me wrong, this singer and the music aren’t bad. It’s just doesn’t suits my Nikita Kucherov Tom Brady Randy Arozarena Tampa Bay Sport signatures shirt to the point where listening to her songs kinda annoys me. She is a talented singer and artist, but I don’t like her way of singing. I know her songs have so many gloomy and dark vibe, but her voice just doesn’t grab me right away. And no, I didn’t talk about her whispery voice or the breathy sound, because Warpaint got the similar vibe on their songs. The difference is, there are 4 individuals in Warpaint and I think 4 different voices (although with similar tone and sound) when put together nicely, will result in a dreamy-like harmony. While Billie’s songs most of the time only contain her voice. That’s why the two musicians despite having a similar type of singing, left a different impression on me.
